CAREY HART: MOVES SHOP TO NYC

Carey packed up his motorcycle shop and is taking it across the country, from the hills of California to New York City. We got to be a fly on the wall in the Central Coast while the crew loaded the semi for the long haul east.

Moving is a pain in the ass. Moving a motorcycle shop takes it to a whole other level. Seeing firsthand everything that had to go, the CNC machines, the lathes, the tools, the bikes, and how every piece got crated and loaded, it all clicked for me. It’s a massive amount of work.

Carey has built some incredible Indian Motorcycles over the last decade, and we’re stoked to see what he builds next in NYC. Can’t wait to see the new shop and what it becomes. We’ve known Carey for over 20 years, and he’s still the same guy. Just a little older, a little wiser, and a few more grey hairs.
